1. Heard the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner.

2. This petition calls in question the legality, propriety and

correctness of the judgment and order passed by the learned

Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Pune, in Appeal No.18 of

2020, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner under

Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools

(Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 against the

termination dated 28th December, 2019, came to be rejected.

3. Arguable questions raised.

4. Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 to 3, returnable on 30 th

June, 2023.

5. In addition to notice through Court the petitioner is at

liberty to serve respondent Nos.1 to 3 by private service and file

affidavit of service.
