1. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that yesterday

the Petitioner received an order that his caste claim was validated

in June 2022. Be that, as it may, the Petitioner will have to take

steps in respect of the same.

2. In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to

the Petitioner to take appropriate steps against the judgment of the

Committee invalidating the tribe claim. In that event all contentions

are kept open. No costs.
