DATED : APRIL 27, 2023 P.C.: 1. Prima facie it appears that the complaint is covered by
judgment of the Apex Court in the case of S.W. Palnitkar Vs. State of Bihar reported in 2002 1 SCC 241. According to petitioner, the transaction in question was of the year 2006. He was appointed as a independent non Executive Director in 2010. He resigned in 2013. In support of said contention, Form No.32 issued under Sections 303(2), 264(2) or 266(1)(a) and 266(1)(b)
(iii) of the Companies Act, 1956 are placed on record. The complaint is filed in the year 2015. Hence, the applicant has made out a case for grant of ad-interim relief.

3. Till 7th July 2023 there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) qua applicant only.
