1. The appellant-wife has challenged the
judgment and decree of divorce passed by the Family Court at the instance of respondent-husband.
2. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after Summer Vacation.
3. The appellant seeks stay to the divorce decree as there is likelihood of husband's re-marriage.
4. It is informed that though the decree of divorce has been passed, however, Family Court vide order dated 21st February, 2023 (Exh.-57) has granted stay till the appeal period.
5. In view of that, the stay shall continue till appearance of other side.
6. The appellant undertakes to inform this order to the respondent.
