2. Since the assignment is already changed, and in view of

the fact that oral arguments are already concluded, we grant

liberty to both the parties to apply for administrative order from

the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice for assigning these matters to

this bench. If the assignment is continued with this Court by the

Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice, we will consider oral and written

notes of arguments, if filed by the parties while delivering the

judgment.

3. Parties are at liberty to inform this Court immediately, if

any such administrative order is passed by the Hon'ble Acting

Chief Justice for assignment of these matters before this bench.
