By way of present application the applicant Rajesh Nanikram Sukheja, PW-17 and son of deceased in Sessions Case No. 10 of 2008 has prayed for return of articles/properties.

2. The main Prayers in the application reads thus:

(C) "This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to return the articles/properties that is Yellow Metal Ringh, Wrist Watch, Mobile hand-set to the applicant."

(D) "This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to return/withdraw articles/properties which are in the nature of amount at Rs. 1,69,150/- along with interest if any, to the applicant."

3. We have perused the judgment and order passed by this Court dated June 8 of 2021 in Appeal No. 141 of 2010 along with Appeal No. 833 of 2009.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant has, however, submitted that he is not aware as to where cash amount is now lying. As such it will appropriate to seek response from the concerned police station.

5. The learned APP will take appropriate instructions and file a report in this Court before the next date.

6. List the application for consideration on 14 October 2022.
