Respondent No.1 has been convicted under Section 307 of the Indian Penal
Code by impugned Judgment and Order dated 14 th May, 2019, he has been
inadvertently added as a Respondent No.1 herein. He therefore, seeks
leave to delete the name of Respondent No.1 from the array of
Respondents.

2) Necessary amendment be carried out in the record of Court
and simultaneously in the copy served upon the learned Advocates
appearing for the respective Respondents within a period of two weeks
