2. We have heard both the sides.

3. By the present application, the applicants seek review of the

order dated 03.12.2019 by which this Court has directed that the

Government Resolution dated 24.08.2017 would not have

retrospective operation. Similar review applications filed by the State

Government and by Zilla Parishads have been already rejected by the

judgment and order dated 30.08.2022 passed in Review Application

(Civil) No.170 of 2022 and other connected applications.

4. Following the same order, we proceed to dismiss the

present review application as well. The Review Application is

accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
