2. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by

the MACT, Mumbai in Claim Application No.431/2019.

3. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award, will be

deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai within a period of four

weeks.

4. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the next date of

hearing. Learned counsel for the Applicant further states that the

challenge is only to the quantum of compensation. Hence, notice to

the Respondent - insured is dispensed with. Issue notice to the

claimants/Respondent Nos.1 to 6, returnable on 10/10/2022. Private

service is permitted.

5. Stand over to 10/10/2022.
