2. In IAST/20530/2022, the Applicant - M.S.R.T.C. has sought stay

of execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award

dated 30/10/2021 passed by the Member, MACT, Kolhapur in MACP

No.394/2014.

3. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award, will be

deposited before the Claims Tribunal within a period of four weeks.

4. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation

of the impugned judgment and award dated 30/10/2021 is stayed till

the next date of hearing.
