dated 19th August 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal

Appeal No. 1348 of 2008 preferred by the Petitioner. The said Appeal was

preferred against the Order of conviction and sentence passed by the Trial

Court. The said Appeal has been dismissed by this Court by the said Judgment

and Order dated 19th August 2013.

2. In view thereof, we find that the present Petition is wholly

misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
