. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

22/04/2022 passed by the Member, MACT, Sangli in MACP

No.200/2016.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award will be

deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Sangli within a period of six

weeks.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the next date of

hearing. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 22/12/2022.
