1. By this application, the Applicant seeks stay of the

execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states the entire amount of

compensation will be deposited before the Claims Tribunal within a

period of four weeks.

2. In the light of said statement execution and implementation

of the impugned Judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 22/12/2022.
