1. Appellants' suit was partly decreed by the Trial Court declaring ownership in relation to the two of the properties, which judgment was reversed by First Appellate Court. Feeling aggrieved, this Second Appeal is by the original plaintiffs. The parties to the appeal viz. appellants and respondent Nos.2b and 2c have reached a

settlement and consent terms to that effect are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. A joint request is made by the parties including counsel for the appellants to dispose of the appeal in view of the consent terms.

2. This Court has already recorded presence of the parties before this Court in its order dated 5th August, 2022.

3. As such, the Second Appeal stands disposed of as per the consent terms.

4. The decree be drawn up accordingly, as the consent terms tendered by the respective parties who are signatories to the same are bound by the consent terms.

5. Counsel for the appellants submits that in view of disposal of the appeal, appellants do not press the contempt proceedings.

6. The contempt proceedings as such stand disposed of.

7. Consequent to the above, all the pending applications also stand disposed of.
