. By this Application, the Applicant seeks stay of execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

16/03/2018 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,

Nashik in M.A.C.P. No.524/2012.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that entire amount of

compensation as per the impugned judgment and award will be

deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Nashik within a period of six

weeks.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the next date of

hearing. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 09/12/2022.
