1. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant points out to this Court communication addressed by the appellant for not proceeding with the appeal. This appeal is against conviction and hence request stands rejected.
2. By impugned judgment, the appellant is sentenced to suffer 10 years rigorous imprisonment. Chapter I Rule 1 of Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, provides that except for appeals against sentence of death or imprisonment for life, all other appeals be heard and decided by the learned Single Judge.
