(2) On the last date of 30.09.2022, learned AGP has
taken a time to inform this Court as to when the payment of
the salary along with arrears with effect from 01.01.2008 as
per the recommendations of 5th Pay Commission
recommendations shall be made by the State Government, as
the claim of the petitioners to receive salary as per the
recommendations of the 5 the Pay Commission with effect
from 01.01.2008 was already accepted by the State
Government, there by redressing the grievance of the
petitioners in this regard.
(3) Today, learned AGP makes a statement that he has
received oral instructions from Shri. Shivling Patve, Deputy
Director, Education, Amravati that within four weeks, salary
along with arrears as per 5th Pay Commission
recommendations with effect from 01.01.2008 shall be paid
by the Government to the petitioners. The statement is
accepted and treated as an undertaking given to this Court.

(4) In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in
terms of an undertaking given to this Court.
(5) Rule accordingly. No costs.
(6) Steno copy of the judgment be furnished to both
the parties.
