Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 09.11.2022. The applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicants by private mode of service, in addition to the regular mode of service.
In the meanwhile, the learned counsel for the applicant un- dertakes to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- towards part amount of arrears of maintenance, to show his bonafides.
Permission is granted to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- within 10 days from today.
In the circumstances, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment dated 28.04.2022 passed by the learned Judge Family Court, Amravati in Petition No.E-4/2019.
Failure to deposit the amount within 10 days as undertaken, the interim relief shall stand cancelled.
