2. The parties have tendered Consent Minutes of Order dated

6th October, 2022 and have requested the Court to pass an order in

terms of the Consent Minutes of Order. The Consent Minutes are signed

by the advocates for the Applicant and the advocates for Respondent

No.3 and Noticee Nos. 3 & 4 respectively. By these Consent Minutes of

Order, Respondent No.3 has undertaken to deposit the sum of Rs.62.50

Lakhs on or before 31st December, 2022 in the manner more particularly

set out in paragraph 3 of the Consent Minutes.

3. In these circumstances, the Consent Minutes of Order dated

6th October, 2022, are taken on record and marked "X" for

identification. There shall be an order in terms of the Consent Minutes

of Order.

4. Place the above Show Cause Notice on 4th January, 2023.

5. This order will be digitally signed by the Personal Assistant

of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or email of a
