      ORDER :

1. Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners states

that there has been inability to comply with the order dated 21st

March 2022 and deposit the entire amount mentioned in sub-

paragraph (iii) of paragraph 19 of the impugned judgment and order

dated 25th July 2019 in the Registry of this Court, which was to be

deposited within two weeks from today.

2. Learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that the

demand drafts equivalent to the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- have been

brought to the Court and are being handed over to the Respondents

and that balance amount of the entire amount mentioned in sub-

paragraph (iii) of paragraph 19 of the impugned judgment and order

dated 25th July 2019 shall be deposited in the Registry of this Court

within eight weeks from the date of this order. Statement is accepted.

3. It is made clear that in the event, there is a default in

compliance with the above statement, the Writ Petition shall stand

dismissed without further reference to the Court.

4. The Petitioners have handed over the demand draft of

Rs. 5,00,000/- to the Respondents in Court. Remaining amount is Rs.

11,19,200/- which the Petitioners have undertaken to deposit within

a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

5. Stand over to 31st January 2023.
