The application seeks withdrawal of the balance amount with accrued interest. The First Appeal was dismissed in pursuance of the order dated 14/09/2021, directing removal of objections within six weeks which was not done. By the judgment of the Tribunal dated 24/04/2010 (page 8 of the paper book) the applicants herein, were awarded compensation, considering which the present application is allowed and the amount deposited in this Court be disbursed to applicant Nos.1 to 4 in equal proportion. The RTGS details of the applicants be placed on record, pursuant to which the amounts shall be transmitted in their accounts.
