ORAL JUDGMENT [PER SUNIL B. SHUKRE, J.]

. Heard Mr. Pande, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Joshi, the learned AGP, who appears for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 by waiving notice.

2. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the fact that the grievance of the Petitioner arises from not deciding an application filed way back in August-2018 and also the fact that the prayer is only about deciding this application as per law, we allow this Petition and accordingly direct the Respondent No.2 - Collector to decide the application dated 7/8/2018 filed by the Petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, if the application is not so far decided.

4. Rule is made absolute in above terms No costs.
