     PER COURT :

1. Learned counsel for the appellants-applicants insisting

for the stay to the impugned judgment and order passed by the

learned Principal District Judge, Parbhani directing the

respondents to hand over the custody of the child to her

mother. The order was very specific and the directions were

issued to hand over custody of the child to her mother within

one week from the date of the order. The said period has

already been over.

2. The circumstances do not permit this Court to pass ad-

interim ex-parte stay to the impugned order. Hence, issue

notice to the respondent, returnable on 15.06.2022.
