2. In the above matter, an installment of Rs. 2.8 crores and

TDS of Rs. 1 crore was to be paid on or before 28th March, 2022.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Judgment

Debtors has mentioned the above matter because the Judgment Debtors

need an extension of time for a period of two days to make the aforesaid

payment because there is a bank strike for two days i.e. 28th and 29th

March, 2022.

4. Dr. Birendra Saraf, the learned cenior counsel appearing for

Bhagwan Thadani alias Bhagwan Thadhani as well as Mr. Chirag

Kamdar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Vistra (ITCL) Pvt.

Ltd. have both stated that they have no objection if the time is extended

upto 30th March, 2022.

5. In these circumstances, it is directed that the installment of

Rs. 2.8 crores and the TDS of Rs. 1 crore shall be paid on or before 30 th

March, 2022.

6. In view of the aforesaid extension of time, consequently all

other consequences that would follow on 28th March, 2022 are also

extended upto 30th March, 2022.

7. The above matter is kept on board for compliance on 31 st March, 2022.

8. This order will be digitally signed by the Private

production by fax or email of a digitally signed copy of this order.
