Since the Executing Court has stayed execution of the judgment and decree qua the suit property, till 30 th June, 2022, liberty to the learned Counsel appearing for the judgment debtor to seek extension of stay before the Executing Court. Upon making such an application, the Executing Court shall pass order, in accordance with law. Meanwhile, learned Counsel for the appellants shall serve the respondents and file an affidavit of service on or before the returnable date.
