. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed has passed an order in L.A.R. No.1626 of 2017 and awarded the amount 20 times more than the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, hence requested to stay the order passed by the learned Reference Court.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, ad-interim stay is granted to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order of the learned Reference Court.

4. The applicants shall deposit the entire award amount within 12 weeks before this Court.
