. Heard learned Advocate for the appellants/original defendants.

2. There is possession decree passed by the First Appellate Court against these defendants. The plaintiffs have filed the caveat. Shri. P. R. Agrawal, learned Advocate seeks some time to take instructions to argue on admission.

3. Shri. P. R. Agrawal, learned Advocate waives notice for the Respondents.

4. Matter be kept after two weeks.

5. This stay application is tendered across the Bar. Office to number it.

6. Heard learned Advocate for the Appellants and learned Advocate for the Respondents.

7. There is a grievance that in purported exercise of the execution of a decree, the respondents have demolished some portion of the plinth from the suit land with the help of JCB. There are supporting documents in the form of complaint made to local Police Station.

The appellants clarified about exact construction on the suit land.

8. My attention is brought to paragraph no.21 of the Appellate Courts' judgment, wherein there is some reference about construction of plinth over portion of the land. The respondents not to take any steps in execution of decree till next date.

9. Matter be kept after two weeks.
