. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08/04/2019

passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Application

No.2803 of 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount of

compensation including interest as per the impugned judgment and

award will be deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai within a

period of six weeks. In the light of said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the

next date of hearing.
