1. Heard Mr. A. C. Jaltare, learned advocate for the applicant.

2. Issue notice to the non-applicant/State for hearing at the stage of admission.

3. Mr. K. L. Dharmadhikari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice. At the request of the learned APP, three week's time is granted to file reply.

4. In the meantime, by way of ad-interim order, it is directed that the substantive jail sentence imposed upon the applicant by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No.1, Warora, vide judgment and order dated 24.03.2015 in Summary Criminal Case No. 420/2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code, shall stand suspended.

6. During this period of suspension of the substantive jail sentence, the applicant shall be released on bail on he executing PR bond of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount before the trial Court.

7. Stand over to 22.08.2022.
