PER COURT :

It appears that, though several of the employees are seeking to

withdraw the amount of compensation determined by this court while

disposing of Writ Petition No. 3273 of 2002 and the connected writ petition by

the common judgment and order dated 21 October 2015, it appears that since

the compensation is to be apportioned amongst number of employees, in view

of the observations in para nos.13 and 14, age of each of such employee would

be a decisive factor. The applicant to explain as to if they have complied with

directions in paragraph no.14 and shall produce proof regarding their date of

birth.
