2. The petitioner was respondent No.6 in an appeal preferred
by respondent No.1 under Section 59 of the Maharashtra
Universities Act, 1994. In the process of deciding the appeal,
without there being prima facie any prayer or relief claimed qua
the petitioner the hearing, observations and conclusions and even
directions have been issued touching the legality of his
appointment.
3. Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 17.08.2022.
Learned AGP waives service for respondent Nos. 6 and 8.
