I have heard the arguments of both the sides in all three petitions.

2. Matters are reserved for judgment.

3. It is informed that the Regular Civil Suit No. 793 of 2012 is listed

before the trial court on 18-07-2022.

4. As the matters are being reserved for orders, the further hearing

in the suit shall stand deferred till the pronouncement of judgment in all these

petitions which I propose to dispose of simultaneously.

5. Let the parties produce on record a copy of the testimony of

Manisha recorded up to date by Monday.

6. Parties to act an authenticated copy of this order.
