2. It is contended that the impugned order allowing the application filed by the Respondents/original plaintiffs for setting aside the order of 'no evidence' could not have been allowed, for the reason that the proceeding before the court below was fixed for pronouncement of judgment and that the arguments are already over.
3. Issue notice for final disposal to the Respondents, returnable on 6th September, 2022.
4. In the meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause - (2) of the Petition.
