 ORDER:

Mr. S.P. Brahme, learned counsel for the

appellants has moved this motion for speaking to minutes of

the judgment dated 8/6/2022.

2. In the judgment dated 5/1/2015 passed by the

trial Court, the name of respondent No.3 (original plaintiff

No.3) appears as Bajirao Maharu Koli. In the memo of

Regular Civil Appeal also the name of respondent No.3

Second Appeal No.703/2017 :: 2 ::

appears as Bajirao Maharu Koli. However, in the judgment of

the first appellate Court, the name of respondent No.3

appears as Bajirao Soma Koli. Therefore, in the memo of

Second Appeal the name of respondent No.3 appeared as

Bajirao Soma Koli. As such, in the judgment dated 8/6/2022,

the name of respondent No.3 is shown as Bajirao Soma Koli.

Now a motion is moved for leave to correct the name of

respondent No.3 in the memo of Second Appeal as also in the

judgment dated 8/6/2022 as "Bajirao Maharu Koli" in place of

"Bajirao Soma Koli". In the fitness of things, the appellants

are permitted to carry out amendment in the memo of Second

Appeal and correct the name of respondent No.3 as "Bajirao

Maharu Koli". After carrying out the amendment, the name of

respondent No.3 be corrected in the judgment dated

8/6/2022 as "Bajirao Maharu Koli" and corrected copy be

issued accordingly.

3. The parties are at liberty to move the first

appellate Court for correction of name of respondent No.3.

4. Motion for speaking to minutes is disposed of.
