PER COURT :-

Learned counsel for the applicant prays the stay to

the Judgment and award dated 02/05/2018 passed by the

learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad in L.A.R. No.

363 of 2014. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that

learned reference Court has granted compensation without

considering the evidence on record. The said fact is impugned

before this Court. Hence requested to stay the order passed by

the learned reference Court. Considering submission of learned

counsel for the applicant, efect and operation of the Judgment

and award passed by learned reference Court is stayed till next

date. The applicant shall deposit entire compensation amount

as per Judgment and award of learned reference Court within 12

weeks.
