consider the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of

Indore Development Authority vs. Manoharlal & Ors. (2020) 8 SCC

129 and also on payment of interest on compensation if payable to

the petitioner in accordance with the principles laid down by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in the said judgment.

2. Place the matter on board under the caption of "directions"

on 27th January, 2022.

3. If there are other petitions also pending on the identical

issues, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP are at
