1) Heard Ms. Patki, learned Counsel for the

appellant.

2) The Appeal assails the Judgment and Award

dated 16th November, 2019 in M.A.C. Application

No.2201/2014 passed by the learned Member, Motor

Accidents Claim Tribunal (M.A.C.T.), Mumbai. Alongwith

the Appeal, an application is moved seeking for Rane 2/2 IA-212-2022--SR.16 18.1.2022

condonation of 645 days delay occurred in preferring the

Appeal.

3) Ms. Patki, on instructions, submits that the

appellant shall deposit full compensation awarded by the

Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Mumbai within four

weeks from today in the offce of the Tribunal. Statement

is accepted as an Undertaking to this Court.

4) Issue notice to the respondents in Civil

Applications No. 212/22, 213/2022, as well as, in Appeal

returnable after six weeks i.e. on 22nd February, 2022.

5) In view of the statement made by the Counsel

being accepted as an Undertaking to this Court, the

execution of the Award in Application No.2201 of 2014

passed by the Member of M.A.C.T. Mumbai is stayed, till

21st February, 2022.

6) List the Appeal and Applications therein, for

consideration on 22nd February, 2022.

7) In addition to usual service, the appellant shall
