3. Learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, undertakes to deposit the awarded compensation in the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Nashik within four weeks from today. Statement is accepted. Thus, in view of the statement, being made and accepted, execution of impugned Award is stayed till the returnable date.

4. Issue notice to the respondents in the First Appeal as well as in Civil Applications No.849/2020 and 850/2020 returnable after 6 weeks i.e. on 7th March, 2022.
