PER COURT:-
1. Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was appointed in the year 1995 and was in continuous service since then. Every year approval was granted to the appointment of the petitioner. The petitioner was transferred in the year 2011 to respondent no.6. The past service of the petitioner is not counted. The petitioner is entitled for the pensionary benefits.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that, the service rendered by the petitioner upto the year 2010 was not on 100% grant-in-aid. The petitioner came on 100% grant- in-aid only with effect from the year 2011.

3. In view of the Full Bench judgment of this Court in case of Deshmukh Dilipkumar Bhagwan and Others Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2019 (3) Mh.L.J. 903, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be entertained.
4. Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
