PER COURT :

Heard the learned advocate Mr. Bhide for the appellant. The

appellant is the original plaintiff who was seeking a declaration and

injunction about his exclusive ownership of the suit property. The suit was

partly decreed. The decree was then challenged to the extent it refused the

complete relief. It was also challenged by the respondent No.1 who is the

original defendant No.1. By way of the judgment and order which is

common in both these appeals the appellate court has dismissed the Suit.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03.02.2022.
