Notice on the civil application is made returnable forthwith. The learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Assistant Government Pleader waive service for the original appellant and the respondent no.2 respectively.

Perused the judgment dated 12.02.2019. It is clarified that since the claimants have been permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation that was deposited by the appellant, they would also be entitled to receive the interest accrued thereon alongwith the amount of compensation.

With this clarification, the civil application is disposed of.
