.                 This is an application for extension of stay granted to the

operation of the judgment and order of this court dated 08-12-2021 whereby the operation was stayed for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioners to approach the supreme court.

2. This application was preferred on 10-01-2022 seeking extension by another six weeks. Five weeks out of six weeks have already over.

3. However, considering the intervening disturbance to the functioning of the supreme court in view of the pandemic and circulars issued by it to list only urgent hearing matters, the stay is extended by way of last chance by two weeks from today.
