before the same Court (Coram: Smt. Vibha Kankanwadi, J.). In view of

judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s Gati Limited V/s. T.

Nagarajan Piramiajee & Anr., the matter should go before the same Court

which earlier dealt with the application. In view of this, Registry to take the

steps accordingly. Remove from board.
