1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for respondents.
2. The learned AGP on instructions submits that the petitioner did not file reply to the vigilance report. If petitioner files reply to the vigilance report, the Committee would decide the proceedings within a period of eight (08)weeks.
3. In light of that, the petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 25th February, 2022 and file his reply to the vigilance report on the said date. Thereafter, the Committee shall decide the proceedings within a period of eight (08) weeks. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by Committee in the validation proceeding.
4. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
