2] Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and so also Mr. Anand Deshpande, learned counsel for Respondent sole. The matter is of the year 2012, and is on a very short point viz., as to whether the applicant would be entitled to claim maintenance from 17.3.2011, the date on which the respondent was served with a fresh notice after remand of the matter by the Revisional Court by the judgment dated 29.9.2010, though the application under Section 125 (1) of Cr.P.C was filed on 22.3.2000. 3] Considering that both the counsels are absent, list the matter on 15.2.2022 for further consideration, in order to give an opportunity.
