2. Learned advocate for the non-applicant No.1 submits that after the order passed by learned Sessions Judge, dated 03.03.2020, whereby applicant's appeal came to be dismissed, the applicant has not surrendered. He, therefore, prays for issuance of non-bailable warrant against the applicant.
3. Since this Court has entertained the revision application against the impugned judgment and order, it 35 revn. 4.22.odt..odt
would be just and proper to consider the prayer made by learned advocate for issuing non-bailable warrant against the applicant.
4. Issue non-bailable warrant against the applicant, returnable after two weeks.
5. In-charge of the concerned Police Station shall ensure service of non-bailable warrant.
