Mr. Bhoyar, learned for the non-applicant submits, that Hindu Marriage Petition No.214/2014 filed before the 2nd Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha by the husband under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce is pending for judgment. Since there is no stay granted in this proceeding, nothing prevents the learned Court from pronouncing the judgment. Mrs. Dhole, learned counsel for the applicant is absent today when the matter is called out, considering which the same cannot be worked out finally.
