1. This is a petition which impugns the judgment by the District

Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society, Raigad rejecting the application

of the petitioner observing that no partition took place between

respondent Nos.1 and 4 to 7.

2. Since this is a petition of the year 2015 and no notice appears to

have been issued in the matter, however, considering that this is an

auxiliary board, list on 2nd January, 2023.

3. It is made clear that if none appears for the petitioner on the next

date, the petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the

court.
