submits that she has instructions that the scheduled vehicle was

sold in an auction conducted by the decree holder and the decree

holder has received part of the claim. She, further, seeks time to

take instructions on the further course of action whether to amend

the execution application or withdraw the same and file a fresh

one for the balance claim.
