2. The learned Counsel submits that the Writ of Summons was served

on the Defendant on 6th July, 2021 and an Affidavit of service has also been filed.

However, none had appeared for the Defendant within the stipulated period. Yet,

inadvertently, the Summons for Judgment has been taken out.

3. He seeks time to place the Affidavit in support of the claim, compilation

of documents and the Affidavit of documents on record.

4. List on 12th September, 2022 for passing ex-parte order.

5. In the meanwhile, the Plaintiff is at liberty to file the Affidavit in support

of the claim, compilation of documents and the Affidavit of documents.
